Creating your dream space begins with a site visit in which our design consultant visits your home. During the home visit, our design consultant will take measurements of your space and listen to your wants, needs, and desires. Taking your vision, space measurements, and budget into consideration, our design consultant will create a visual presentation of a design that brings your vision to life.
Once created, our design consultant will provide a visual presentation of your design, and review the estimate and scope of work. Together, you and our designer will collaborate, discuss the design, and any changes necessary to ensure it accommodates your lifestyle while staying true to your vision.
When the design blueprint is final, our designer will invite you to visit our showroom to choose the design details and have a colouration consultation: selecting finishings that will complete your space. Our showroom features a variety of cabinet door styles, colour choices, countertops, and fixtures that will help pull your space together. Bringing samples of your flooring of choice and any fabrics that will be prominent in the space to your showroom visit is encouraged; this will ensure all finishes selected create a cohesive, luxurious aesthetic.
When the final details are complete, McKerlie’s craftsmen begin construction, completing any necessary demolition of existing space, and carefully crafting each component of the design. Our craftsmen operate with the utmost respect for our clients, their vision, time, budget, and their home while ensuring the project is complete true to the design, budget, and timeframe, the first time.
