McKerlie Kitchen and Bath – Office Admin Posting

Start date: July 5, 2021
Wage: $20+ based on experience
Hours: Monday – Friday, 25 – 30 hours, could lead to more

Duties:

Job costing: entering time sheets, invoices and purchases
General accounting tasks
Coordinate training appointments for workers
Maintain current government regulations
Process correspondence
Entering/posting data – proficiency with Excel is required
Maintain Outlook calendar
Coordination of various administrative activities
Ability to use tact, discretion and maintain confidentiality

 

Skills/Experience:

Post-secondary Office Admin Diploma – preferred
Competent, proficient computer skills; Window, Microsoft Office, Excel, Word
3 – 5 years previous Office Administration
General accounting practices required
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability and maturity to work independently
Polished interpersonal skills
Friendly, courteous and polite – team player
